Ball head Does not smoothly move.
I sent the first one back because when you loosen the ball head, it does not smoothly move and jerks. Very difficult to use if you're trying to get your camera just right. The replacement came and it does exactly the same thing! big thumbs down! They need to fix this so the ball head smoothly moves.
