I have a broken one! best in jump starters, chargers and portable power supplies

worked fine at first but with no drips or obvious damage it started making a loud fan noise for about 30 seconds after turning it on which was very annoying. the car started. Not sure if this is a defect or not but it was a major inconvenience on our 2 week trip as I was unable to return it en route.
