Review on StoneShot by Robert Blanton

The customer support team at Stonesthrow was awesome from day one! They kept me up-to date with what they were doing as well as helping us get set up when our account manager left after only being there about 4 weeks (we needed help getting started). I love that this tool allows you customize your content so it's very specific to each client/audience. It also has great analytics which helps identify issues or opportunities faster than using any other software out there. Their reporting isn't always easy to understand unless someone who really knows how to read charts explains things. We've been able to easily track where people open emails vs links sent via social media, etc. This info can be used to better target future campaigns but more importantly gives insight into why some of our customers are responding differently compared to others.
