Very impressive for the price point
I bought this initially to fill in my beauty marks, but the brush was a bit long for it to work for that use. I ran out of my regular liquid eyeliner and used this on a whim to do cat eyes - I was surprised at how well it worked! I don't know if I'll buy it again (I am a fan of Dolly Wink usually) but if you're on a budget and looking for a really solid liquid eyeliner I would fully recommend it. It bears mentioning that this does not do the awful chipping off in chunks thing that some liquid liner does. It's legit!
