I bought this to use in place of the electric wand that came with my Miele Compact C2. The powered wand is much heavier than the non-powered wand, so I bought it to use with the non-powered hard floor nozzles that I use most of the time. I also have a non-electric Miele canister which I am using above and comparing two sticks, this one is slightly longer and the extension button is different but the two sticks are functionally the same. In addition, this option is significantly cheaper than the branded part.
