Preserves the brightness of colors
I won't wash many clothes without it. Point! It keeps clothes bright white and prevents colored clothes from fading. I once washed a pair of black jeans without Oxyclean and they were so faded...ruined. I got another black pair and washed them in Oxyclean several times and they are still like new. (Note: I wash cold and tumble dry on medium heat, not high.)
