I thought it would be difficult to set up, but it doesn't require any effort. I'm running Windows 10 on a laptop, I used the supplied VGA and USB cables, after plugging them in and turning on the monitor, the touchscreen worked straight away. I set it up to extend my desktop onto it and it works fine. It's very bright and easy to read, ideal for remote work. The only downside is that the resolution is pretty low. So when I move an app or window from my laptop screen to the monitor, the computer's size changes a bit, but for office work (email/spreadsheets/PDF) it's great and helps productivity. I don't know why other reviews have complained about the buttons. Everyone was frustrated with the power button location, I never accidentally touched any of these buttons. Maybe they're trying to use the monitor as a tablet? While the touchscreen works great I don't think it will be effective for art, at least my HP pen doesn't work with it so I'm not sure how other reviews accidentally hit the power or menu buttons.
