Not the best of the best in exterior accessories

I bought 2 of these, I used them to rearrange a truck in my warehouse. I had them on a tow truck with 3/8 plastic rope on Ramsey 10k winches and the first one couldn't take the first pull and the second flexed after the first broke. I don't know if I got a bad batch of steel in the ones I received, but the quality wasn't there, rated at 18,000. I wouldn't buy them again.
