Before trying this product I was using Genius brand BCAAs (it's amazing). Honey Badger's BCAAs contain solid electrolytes (which Genius doesn't have) and appear to be good value for money. Money. Until you take a closer look. It takes approximately 3.5 scoops of Honey Badger to provide the same amount of BCAA that Genius or any other BCAA product provides. The dose is low. Really low. So low that I doubt it will affect performance with a single scoop strategy. However. As an ingredient, BCAAs are SUPER bitter and unpleasant; At such a low dose, the problem of covering up the lack of drinkability just doesn't exist. In other words, it's bloody delicious! And it contains no artificial sweeteners, colors or other unwanted substances. If you treat it like a regular drink or electrolyte product, I think it's a good buy. If you are looking for the benefits that BCAAs offer, this may not be the best choice.
