Mounting screws can be removed to allow for proper Wrangler installation

1997 Jeep Wrangler SE (TJ). The wiring was green with a black stripe and connects to the turn signal. White with a stripe goes to the rear light and solid white to the brake light. I routed the ground wire through the wire hole and out the bottom of the rear fender. I sanded the spot to ensure a good bottom and attached it to the chassis with a self tapping screw. Installed with a 50W, 6 ohm load resistor on each fixture. (Green/Black stripe to ground) No fast blinking. The lights are bright and easy to see. The first took a little to install, but the second was easy. The mounting screws that are installed in the headlights are not what I need. They can be removed. Slide the studs forward from the back of the light. You jump out. The original bolts were a bit short, so I bought 6.1/4 body bolts that were a bit longer (less than $7). Mounting holes match perfectly. The body bolts I bought were slightly larger than the original bolts, but they fit. I drove them home with an impact wrench, but a ratchet will do.
