The ease in which I can add products (even when they are not available for purchase) as well as being able to easily create custom lists with my own rules makes this software very intuitive. It also allows me to quickly see what items have been purchased by customers who come into our store so that we know exactly where each customer has shopped previously. There's nothing about giftlogics product or service itself that I dislike; however, some people may be turned off from using their website if they do not like how easy/difficult it is to navigate around the site. For example, navigating through different categories sometimes feels clunky at times due to all of the subcategories within those main sections. Also, adding new products after an initial set up takes quite a bit longer than other competitors' websites might offer - but once everything loads correctly, the process goes fairly smoothly.
