No structure: Requires a base stand

If you don't put a baking sheet underneath, you'll be following in my footsteps and spilling cake batter all over the kitchen. They're not stiff at all, which is great for retrieving cold cupcakes, but downright terrible for moving them or putting them in/out of the oven. However, they're easy to clean and eliminate the need for paper cupcake holders, so I'm a fan of them.
