This is industrial grade. It’s really nice and very well made. The air hose is a 1/4” which I do prefer 3/8” so I used an adapter to go to the hose on the reel. The air hose is really nice. I have only used this for a couple days but it has been holding up and doing the job. Yes this does include a 1/4” air hose that is already spooled up inside the reel. There has been no kinks or bubbles formed. This is also an easy air hose to repair. If a hole gets in the hose you can just cut the bad piece off and then put your quick connect coupler on it with a clamp. Not hard at all. There is also a couple lag bolts included to hang this on the wall. As I said this is a good quality reel that is industrial grade. This does have a good spring to it and locks in place when needed so you can work.
