Review on Aoozi Vacuum Sealer Machine: Automatic Food Sealer with Cutter, LED Indicator, and 20 Sealing Bags - Lab Tested by James Trapkin

I was looking for an inexpensive vacuum sealer for home use. I wanted to seal bags and also be able to vacuum dry materials in Mason jars (like I've done with Foodsaver sealers in the past). I spent $35 on this great piece of hardware (+$5 for extended warranty). At the arrival. , it was very well folded in a cardboard box that falls apart when opened. After unboxing it, I plugged it in, connected the extra vacuum hose to the side port of the machine while holding the lid, touched the extra button to turn on the vacuum pump, and. and. and. NO VACUUM. I hear the pump running. works, but does not draw vacuum in accessory port (even with hose connector fully inserted). Tongue. Please note that the auxiliary vacuum hose provided does NOT connect directly to the Foodsaver Can Lid Sealant. I ended up connecting another fitting to the end of the hose to mount the Foodsaver can lid sealant. Very disappointing. I bought this sealant as well as rolls, rolls and rolls of additional material for bags. I was hoping to use it tonight to vacuum pack some green (unroasted) coffee beans for freezer storage. Don't admit you stumbled upon a new sealer who arrived dead. UPDATE 4/22/21: I received an "after-sales" email from the seller via Revain stating that they have switched manufacturers to provide better quality/service. They asked me to remove this review in exchange for $10. NO. UPDATE 4/24/21: I received another "post-sale" email from the seller about Revain. "Please trust us that we will continue to change and improve its performance." There is no mention of a previous manufacturer change announcement. They offered TWENTY dollars if I delete my review. "We all have a family to feed" NO. UPDATE 4/30/21: The seller finally offered 50 to delete/edit my review (after the 4/28 told me 40 was "the best I can give”.) NO. .Produce/test/ship a quality product and there will be no problem.
