I LOVE this mat set!Silicone mats seem to be the wonder product of the last year or so.These are square, and a decent size that will protect most hands. It has a honeycomb-like texture.We use these most as a kind of trivet. It protects counter tops and table tops from hot dishes.What we use this for the most relates to our air fryer. We have a basket-style fryer. We keep a square next to the fryer, and it protects our counter top when we have the basket out, either seasoning or flipping foods. Perfect size!We use these nearly daily. Super easy to clean, a great size and thick enough to actually be helpful. I would definitely buy these again.
