THESE ARE ASIAN SIZES! I wear a size 2/4 in jeans and a small in tops, and based on the reviews, I purchased this dress in a Med. (which says is a US size 6). It was so tight on my arms and too form fitting in the rear. I bought this dress to wear for our church Christmas choir program and there's no way I could have pulled that off appropriately! So I sent it back and ordered a Large and it's SOOOO much better. I love the style! For reference, I am 5'3" 130lbs. 26" waist, 33" hips, and 37" butt. If your measurements are like mine, get a Large. You'll be happy you did!
