This is my favorite product for repairing anything. I use it for furniture, cabinets, even to decorate a room. You need to know a lot before using this. It's very thin, but a lot goes a long way. You want it to be subtle. This will prevent future chipping. You can see in my photos how thin the first layer will be, this is what you want! This window sill helps prevent poor drying, cracking and chipping. It acts almost like an enamel paint or stain. I use a foam roller. It looks very textured at first, that's normal. Trust me it will fit and look even that smooth. Their surfaces must be very clean. I use Rustoliums de Glosser, then I use Dr. Brown's soap and then rinse with water a few times to keep it clean. There are many reviews talking about how it rips all over the place as it dries. It will crack if the surface is oily or dirty, or if you apply too thick a layer, or if you apply the next layer before it's completely dry. It pays to do it right. This is by far the longest lasting product I have used. I have used them all! I am renovating furniture for a part time job and I get the best reviews using this product. I am a kitchen builder. The transformation is real. I also just made my TV cabinet with it and my kids keep their video games in it. It is in a high traffic area and has no scratches. There is no sealer in the kit and I have chosen to seal them with a matte or glitter sealer to make them more durable as I have 6 children. However. I have not yet sealed my kitchen cabinets and I have wiped them down several times. It removes instantly and leaves no stains.
