I was looking for something like a Moleskine Art Plus sketchbook - simple, concise, black. But I didn't want the off-white/ivory Moleskine pages, I wanted the crisp white pages that are in this sketchbook. I like that the pages are thick enough for most mediums, yet smooth enough for coloring and drawing with colored pencils. And of course I also love the bright white pages. The only small issue some people might have is that this book is a hardcover so it might be a bit heavy and the cover might collect dust. The rest of the paper, binding and the book itself are pretty good quality and half the price from Moleskine!
