This is great for the fall weather we have here. On weekends we walk our dog to explore different paths in the city. It's getting cold, but still too warm to wear a jacket. This is the perfect shirt. The sleeves keep me warm, but the way they wick moisture keeps me warm. The logo is small and not loud at all. I like the fabric too. I'll try the gym next time. So far it looks like this will be my pick for Fall/Spring.
