I can't tell you how happy I am that I ordered this. First, I didn't know there were two cables instead of one, which made it even more viable than before. But more importantly, shortly after receiving my instant pot, my original cable broke in unknown places and I used a cable from another device that was much shorter than this one. This made my placement of the Instant Pot in the kitchen extremely limited. Now I can move it somewhere cheaper and the length of the cable will take care of that. The quality of the cords corresponds exactly to the original cord. So if your cable went to the mall and didn't come back home, rest assured that these replacement cables will get you running. Don't bother with a shorter replacement. I never thought that a long cord would seem like a luxury, but it is.
