My daughter uses them for braces. The orthodontist gives us free tapes but my daughter only got 1 pack when she had her last appointment and she seems to break them very often. The office is a 20 minute drive in each direction so I decided to book them as they were cheap and saved me the trip. They work well with braces (although they also break regularly, no more and no less than orthodontist's).
