It is very easy for me as an accountant / bookkeeper with no technical knowledge of this software system but good understanding about accounting principles etc., I find everything pretty straight forward once i understand how things work or what my options are within each section/tab e.g status report tab - where do we go from here?; Payroll Tax Code & Chart – Where am at (with tax rate) now?, Balance sheet tabs- What have been received so far today compared against last month's figures which gives us some indication if there has been any profit made over previous periods by comparing our current period revenue vs those recorded previously). Also being able compare one pay roll cycle year end financial results between 2 years ago using historical reports would be helpful too!
