They definitely got the job done (piercing their own nose) with no complications, but they aren't like the picture and actually have angles along the edge of the piercing (two cuts to make the tip, not one smooth anyway). Not sure if this is the norm but it was painful and momentarily cut my piercing edge somewhat. My piercing looks great now; cured well and quickly, with no side effects. (I've used Hibi-Clense antiseptic conditioners for everything, and they actually turned out to be perfect and sterile in their sealed packages.)
