Functional, comfortable, cheap!

Package received on JUNE 1, 2021. The packaging is as described in the picture. The material is stretchy and feels like advertised NEOPRENE. In addition, it allows good air passage in some places. The buckles are easy to use. The straps are stretchy and feel snug after tightening. The strap retainer does its job very well, but when you start to loosen it tends to loosen. They can dangle when you run, but can be fixed in place by extending the bracket so the strap can be folded down. Large bags are very spacious. Both large pockets can hold 6-1/2 long wallets. The slots in the top pocket easily fit a phone of almost any size. The largest I have used is the 11 Pro Max. The smallest size I have used was XS. Both are extremely comfortable. The second bag can also hold 6-1/2 inches. Wallet along with some other smaller items. The compartment on the back is very practical for ID cards in an emergency. An ideal place to place small packets of sports drinks. The buckle pocket can hold a small compass, a pack of 35 gummies, or a small notepad. The packaging slips a bit when walking, if there are items in it, of course that had to happen. Try to tighten the vest with all the things you want to take with you. This helps measure tightness. If you're running, I say pack less so it doesn't potentially become a WEIGHT VEST. PACK, SET, TIGHTEN, TEST! One of the pockets, when the vest was opened, looked as if a seam was missing or perhaps had been re-stitched. This was my only big problem, but it's easily fixed. For yourself or a seamstress. If you're wrapping a KNIFE, based on other reviews, make sure it's not finned material. I would recommend packing a GUN. I'm sure the weight alone could be a problem. I don't think this chest is designed to hold many things.
