Works but noisy when cold.
Does the job but is a bit noisy. For some reason, when the engine is first started (even if it is warm), there is a strong fan noise coming from the engine compartment. In addition, sometimes the same noise can be heard when starting from the brake light. The car with the old fan clutch didn't do that - we have an almost new car. Had I known, I would have spent the extra money on a higher quality replacement, but it's not so annoying that I'm willing to rip everything apart to replace again.
