I received this keyboard to replace the broken one that came with the tablet. I didn't know how much I wanted backlit keys. I type a lot in low light and the backlit keys give me too much pleasure. Although I can type without looking at the keys, there are times I need a character that I don't use often, and backlit keys come in handy. I was surprised when they changed color. I snapped a photo when the keys were lit blue, but they turned red or green, although I have no idea what's causing the color change. just call me funny
