Review on Laptop Cooling Pad and Gaming Laptop Cooler Stand by Kevin Garcia

I wanted something to lift a 17 inch HP laptop off the floor when the kids are using it without using an arm and leg to do it. The device is plastic, but it has a metal grille that the laptop sits on, the fans are built-in, and the blue light isn't very bright even at full tilt. The general noise is a low, low hum, even after weeks of using the method is just a bar that adjusts as you raise/lower the HP I'm sitting on, has a fairly large range (46lb), hangs slightly from the edge but doesn't move.
