This icon looks good but is poorly designed due to poor hardware. You get a threaded post that screws into a plastic badge on one end and has non-locking nuts on the other. A thin piece of plastic serves as the base plate. I didn't really see a way to ensure the nuts wouldn't vibrate freely over time or the pin wouldn't come out of the badge, so I used threadlock on both sides. I'm not sure if the threads in the plastic plaque failed to hold the posts or if the flimsy plastic baseplate broke, but this setup didn't last a single 20 minute drive. waste of money.
