I got this for my gig sound case. It's great for connecting a phone or other device with a 3.5mm stereo jack to a component or, as shown in the attached photo, to a DAC. You can also capture the DAC output for recording on your phone or other device. Build quality is good and should be strong enough with nylon winding. All ends have a molded strain relief. The ends are of good quality and firmly connected. Happy with my purchase I recommend this product.
