The hay net itself works well, does what it's supposed to and reduces hay consumption. However, the rope she is tied with is not the same material as the net, it is much thicker, stiffer and more slippery nylon - making the net difficult to tie and hold in place. The first few times I tied the horse up and untied it within an hour. I ended up replacing the rope with an old regular hay net, made from the same material as the net - I don't know why it doesn't work that way. A bit annoying is that it doesn't have rings at the top to pull the rope through and a center ring at the bottom like a regular hay net, which only makes it difficult to fill and hang. I expected slightly better quality and ease of use from a Weaver product.
