Glyph Tech Amazing American Tech Company: Great Products, Incredible Support

Glyph Tech is an amazing group of people with great values. I had a small problem reformatting a Glyph Atom 1GB for my Microsoft SurfacePro. I called Glyph (it was Friday office hours). I have a person within 3 minutes. Plus he knew what he was talking about and resolved my issue in 5 minutes, waited until I was satisfied everything was cool and exceptionally competent and pleasant. It's amazing these days to be able to call support and get something more than a robot or offshore company to take calls, who can't solve anything 9 times out of 10. other than fully written scripts. By the way, the 1GB Glyph Atom is a fast, durable, beautiful and awesome SSD. I've been using their stock drives for years for heavy duty use in my recording studio (a niche they carved themselves). . They last longer and perform better than traditional discs. This is a New York company. everything is assembled and tested in NY. Glyph designs are engineered for better thermal management, therefore offering better performance and longer lifespan. They come with a 2 year guarantee. But surprisingly, they also guarantee your data - which is completely outrageous and extraordinarily valuable, since third-party data recovery companies charge a tidy sumโ€”and on top of that, Glyph will send a replacement while they fix yours. And in one case when I used them for data recovery, it really worked and I got my data back! When my LaCie drive failed, data recovery from an independent service cost over $3,000 and LaCie offered no support whatsoever. I have to say we need more companies like Glyph. Even though they charge a little more than the competition, I assure you that when you need the service, it's more than worth the premium. Have you ever lost data? It's destructive. Most people never think about it. that we need more companies like Glyph.
