Sometimes it's not so much about the product as it is about the people behind it. I ordered this product first and it took me a while to install. There were some issues with the radio's wiring and memory, after which it stopped working. I contacted the seller several times and Mia responded within 24-48 hours. Difficult to troubleshoot via email and half the world, but the customer service exceeded my expectations. After determining that the product was probably defective, they immediately sent me a replacement and I received it in no time. Everything is fine and I am satisfied with my product. I don't normally give full stars in reviews and if I didn't I would give this product a maximum of 4 stars. But the customer service has been exceptional and if it were available I would give 10 stars because things happen but they definitely make a difference.
