Works well: my feedback

I like that this pan can be used for several things. I live in a tiny apartment and having to dedicate less space to cookware is definitely a plus side. Originally I was attracted to the steamer because I love dumplings. However the whole pan worked so well to saute and to roast in the oven. I also like that the spoon rest is on top of the pan. I'm constantly fighting with my utensil drawer because it could never open.

Pros

The nonstick surface is scratch-resistant, ensuring that it looks and performs like new, even after multiple uses

Cons

The handle may become uncomfortably hot after extended use or exposure to high temperatures

This is a hard review to write. I tend to be on the critical list every negative type of reviewer. This has left me stumped. I love everything about it. I love it so much I have 2 the copper and the black. It''s versatile well made nothing sticks it''s easy to clean I would definitely recommend well worth the cost. I own the pots too. Couldn''t be happier.
