After removing the old bushings and bolts, test your bolts with a new washer and metal bushings. Some people report that the washers and/or bushings are not wide enough for the bolts. In my case my screw on the largest screw holding the largest bushing was a bit rusty so I cleaned it with a wire brush on a grinder. By the way, I cleaned it up a bit and it fits. I was lucky because I didn't try metal bushings, but they barely fit. So double check that your screws match the new parts before putting everything back together. I am very pleased with the results and the quality of the bushing kit. If I lifted the front end and spun the front wheel from side to side, I could see the strut system moving in the old hubs. There is no play with new bushings. Here are some good links on hub remodeling if you have a Toyota. and on the passenger side. Handlebar horizontal bolt: 141 ft-lbs. Vertical center steering gear mounting bolt: 123 ft-lbs. Rack Clamp: 123 ft-lb-andy.
