UPDATE: The replacement actually solved my DisplayPort problem right away! I'm upgrading to 4 stars because it's working now, but I'll have to keep an eye on it and see if it fails within 2 weeks like the first one. ORIGINAL: I bought this product mainly for the display port as I have other HDMI USB-C hubs. Everything worked great and I had my webcam (USB), power cable (USB-C PD) and display port going through the hub to my work laptop. Today my display port suddenly stopped working. The USB+ power adapter still works fine, but I've tried every way I can to fix the error. I've connected other computers to my monitor via their own direct display outputs and they worked, so the monitor is fine! I even tried each display port to make sure the specific port is ok. I then tried a different DisplayPort cable to make sure the cable was ok, but even the new cable wouldn't connect through the hub. I then connected the hub to another computer equipped with Thunderbolt and it also couldn't be viewed through the display port. The only culprit might be the display port on this hub. I have requested an exchange for Revain and if the new one works it will fix the issue and I will update the review accordingly!
