can't stretch it: Kitchen & Dining

Looked ok, the small flowers at the top are nice and add some color but only cover about 10 feet. The rubber band can't stay stretched unless you nail it to the table! otherwise it won't hold with tape: the tablecloth is pulled up. Plus flimsy cheap plastic. Looking back, I would have preferred natural raffia.
