Bought to see if my moca provided splitter can't handle my connection. I had a speed limit to slow down to 70Mbps when I only got 50 seconds. My data plan says I need to throttle to 250Mbps. After about a week of use, my modem was unavailable. I've been troubleshooting with the ISP tech and even reconnected my lines to the splitter and nothing worked until I removed the second splitter. As soon as I connected, my signal came back. It looks like one of the two I bought from myself is a defective unit. I recently switched to a wireless mesh using a second splitter and got a full 250Mbps download speeds. Now I will add MOCA again and see if any of these original splitters can be used in combination with my 1 remaining BAMUPPDATE: 10/29/2018. The second BAMF splitter was the cause of my last internet failures. I had a Comcast tech and he traced it back to the splitter. So this one worked much longer than the original, but didn't end up as long as it should. I figured 3 or more years of service for at least 3 months! I am taking that down to one star.
