The other five were perfect. I didn't realize it until it was too late.
One of the six connectors arrived with insufficient play. The other five were perfect. I only noticed when it was too late to order another one. I set the gap with an old spark plug gap tool (not made for platinum plugs) that bends the stem. I was careful not to damage the plating, but just in case I put a plug in an easily accessible cylinder. My car has been running great with these spark plugs for a few months. The old candles were fourteen years old and one (the hardest to get) had an excessive gap that caused it to misfire. I hope to get the same number of years from them.
