A very nice sentence. but you get what you pay for :/

I was very hesitant to buy this bedding set when I saw that there were NO REVIEWS but I took a chance because it really seemed to be everything what i was looking for and i really liked the design and the price for the complete set. In fact, I spent months looking for a gray and yellow quilt set I could afford! I am not totally disappointed with this product, I am more. pleased to say the least. I think I got what I paid for (as my title suggests). And I'm not one to complain about quality when I fully understand what real quality is worth. To make up for the lack of feedback, let me be as thorough as I can: - COST: Around $90 for an impressively complete set that ends up being a really great value! If you break down the price per piece, I think it's around $50 for a comforter and matching pillows, $25 for sheets, sheets and pillowcases, $10 for a skirt, and $5 for one throw pillow. If you even attempted to purchase these items individually, you could easily double or even triple the price! In this respect you get a lot for your money. COLOR: So you're probably interested in colors, especially when it comes to yellow. For me, there is nothing wrong with the shades of yellow found here. The yellow of the flowers on the blanket is more of a golden, dandelion yellow, not ugly or dark at all. The yellow on the leaves is definitely lighter, like a nice pastel yellow. There is also some yellow on the throw pillow (just to be careful) which is definitely gold, very pretty. The background of the throw pillow is pure white. All shades of gray found are very light grey, as in the picture. The only surprise for me was the darker shade of gray surrounding the flowers on the duvet, it's NOT dark gray but more like dark gray (gray with a touch of brown). far from ugly. - SIZE: The fitted sheets are true to size (I ordered full size/queen size). COMFORT SMALL! I have a double bed and this large duvet hangs down the sides perfectly. I definitely recommend ordering a size up if you want it to hang down nicely from the edges in the picture. I also read reviews on other sites that the duvet is small for this model. so I can confirm that.- MATERIAL: Yucky! Cheap! Slim! POLYESTER! Unfortunately everything is 100% polyester. This is definitely the downside of this bedding. Everything else is great. This will be my only complaint! So polyester is a synthetic, non-breathable fabric that can feel "pretty soft" but is really uncomfortable to wrap up while sleeping. I had a bad experience with cheap polyester clothing and believe it or not it really made me physically ill! I sweated a lot more and got a headache. I would recommend having this blanket and sleeping under another natural fiber blanket. Oh, and the skirt is sooooo thin! I haven't had any issues with the white lining tearing or anything, I've tried to be careful. The yellow leaves aren't exactly rough, but they certainly feel thin. DESIGN: When I say design, I mean floral print on the duvet and modern print on the sheets. The flowers are beautiful and the print on the pillow and sheets is lovely, no surprises! But I found 2 things I was NOT expecting. #1 Nice shaded almost two tone effect in the advertised photo, how does the gray look like it's changing from lighter to darker on the glows, yes there isn't. It's my fault for even expecting that, I should have known it was just a shadow in the picture. #2 Irregular line pattern running vertically across the front of the quilt (but not the back). I would describe this pattern as a brush stroke imitating a texture. So light gray is NOT HEAVY. It consists of 2 light gray tones. The only odd thing I don't like is that the strokes go on the TOP of the colors. This is how you get those light gray stripes on all those pretty colors. *sigh* That's a bit of a disappointment. My advice, buy this if you are looking for a quick fix, have a nice look, if you don't want to waste time choosing different parts, if you have low expectations, especially if you don't plan on using sheets or a blanket sleep . Ideal for a guest room. But for the price you really can't go wrong. I'm satisfied because I'm a student on a budget and just needed something that "looked" good. I can't give more than 3 stars, I think it's fair. my regrets I wish I had spent my $90 on a duvet set that came with SMALLER ITEMS but was better quality! For example, buy a soft blanket with a matching skirt, buy a blanket from IKEA and some plain cotton sheets separately (I ended up buying some matching sheets from Marshall). I bought it just after Christmas but saw that after a month the prices on all types of bedding have gotten EVEN BETTER! (You know this is the time of year when all stores need to liquidate their Christmas supplies) Prices at Wayfair have fallen from around 90 to 50, as has Bed Bath and Beyond! should have waited! So! I hope you feel more confident and become an informed buyer! Unfortunately, I blindly jumped on it! But you don't have to! [UPDATE] I just noticed that the retail price is said to be $175? This is just awful! Why anyone would pay such a price is beyond me! Definitely not worth it! You can tell this is an inferior product with the cheapest materials, literally "Made in China" that probably cost the company, I don't know. earn 10 dollars? LAUGH OUT LOUD. Also, I made a mistake in my review, I ordered a double bed size that (duvet) fits my bunk bed well. So order at least one size larger!
