Sometimes the simplest things seem to get overlooked. It's a cute little phone system and the call blocking feature is a godsend. However, you have overlooked one of the most important features. When messages are being recorded, the play/stop button only has a small flashing light - barely visible - and there's no visual indication of how many messages you have until you press the button to play the messages. The information is then displayed on the screen, which is great. However, if you choose to save your messages so you can access the information for later actions, you will not be reminded that you still have saved messages. I had to put a sticker on my phone to remind me that I had texts to do later. In fact, this phone can act as a baby monitor, but it cannot indicate to you that there are saved messages to work with! I'm considering returning it after researching which other phones have this feature, which is a shame because everything else works fine.
