Unfortunately I can't give ZERO stars. I bought the first one, the filter was not repaired. It should be "in one click". There are no clicks. ZIP code zero. No one. No matter how hard we push the filter in. So every time you need filtered water, forget to bring an RFM (random family member) to hold the filter for you while you flip the switch to filtered water and refill your glass. bottle/jug; The filter pops out instantly (at ANY water pressure) and the water rushes straight up and flows everywhere. Everywhere you are, RFM, your kitchen counters, your walls, and your photos on those walls. I can't tell you how fun it is when you turn on the faucet for unfiltered water and the last person forgot to turn the switch back on. You are scared to death as the water shoots at you and everywhere. As an added bonus, even if your RFM holds the filter for you, water will still seep between the filter and the base. So I came back for a replacement. Got a replacement today. The filter is not clogged. No"clicks". ZIP code zero. No one. No matter how hard we try. At this point, I began to feel déjà vu. But I thought maybe you shouldn't *hear* the "click". So I brought an RFM to hold the filter down while I turned on the water. Just in case. So I flip the switch to filtration and slowly turn on the water. So far, so good. So RFM slowly raises his arms as I increase the water pressure and then BAM! The filter pops out and water squirts like a goddamn fountain everywhere! Everywhere I am, the whole RFM, all the booths, the walls and my paintings. I'm done. RFM done. The only positive comment I can make is that it filters the water really well, but I'm tired of cleaning the water all over the kitchen and changing my clothes every time I need a glass of water. So I immediately took it off the tap and repacked it yesterday (the same day I received it) and UPS picked it up today. Two defective filter systems in a row or a design error? I do not know. return for refund. No replacement. I've learned my lesson. Buy another brand. Learn from my experience and buy another brand. PS I also don't have the same filter system as described in this list. There are 3 water modes. Both filter systems I received only had 2. Also, they were supposed to have a flashing light. None of the ones I received had this.
