Great undershirts for cold weather. They are well insulated in cold weather, for example on the street. But YOU REALLY BREATH IN WARM BUILDINGS. I sweat a lot when I dress to keep warm outside and when I go into a warm building where I can't control the thermostat. With these shirts under my work clothes I don't freeze even in the warmest buildings. However, note that it is 2 sizes larger than regular t-shirt size to ensure a loose fit. 1 size up for a comfortable fit.
