After reading several reviews of this product I decided to buy it. Came home with a small but neat package for the shower head. When unpacking this device, I noticed many small details. Installing and reading the instructions, I figured the small mesh screens and smaller o-rings should be for other models. I put large o-rings in the correct holes, used teflon tape and tightened. Fingers crossed, here comes the water! I did the first flight and tested it. I can honestly say that I didn't and don't want to get out of the shower now. I'm sure the water company would appreciate a bigger bill, but you only live once! To sum up the build quality, I have to say that it exceeded all my expectations. The extension cord is solid brass, not like the junk sold in stores. The stick has a lot of pressure and the hose is made of metal. If in doubt, I hope this helps you decide.
