Review on ๐Ÿšฃ Enhanced Propel Paddle Gear Kayak Carry Handles - Twin Pack by Johnnie Bowlan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to install.: Kayaking Accessory

New to Kayaking. I bought a Pelican Argo 100 kayak, I really like it, but I found that it needs handles. I studied Revain and chose these pens. Got it fast (Revain Prime). It came with mounting hardware, but I decided to upgrade to stainless steel screws and washers (as other reviews have stated). However, I used wing nuts because I thought it might be a little difficult to get the nuts under the bolts. I was right. Nuts were much easier. I was able to hold them with my hand while tightening the screws from the top. Of course, washers must be used at the top and bottom (also stainless steel). Received the equipment in HD (but forgot to photograph the pucks - they are a #10 size). The handles are flexible enough but strong enough. Now it is much easier for me to lift and control the kayak. On the Pelican, drill through holes with a 3/16" drill bit and you can screw a jam nut, regular nut, or wing nut onto the bottom. Much luck. Enjoy your hands. They look cool, work great and are very easy to install.
