Arrived quickly. It was great and easy to use. Other solutions like pre-wax cleanser, wax remover, aloe gel and lotion have been helpful in waxing. It comes with its own soft wax and pads for it, but in my case I used my own hard wax beads (mermaid wax). You'll need to buy another empty wax container if you do this as well, since you can't pour balls of wax directly into the heater. The heating pad heats up great and I ended up buying more wooden sticks as there were only a few. All in all it was a great set and I really love this brand. I looked at the reviews of all the other wax kits but they all had problems with the machine. So I figured it would be better to use a professional quality wax heater than a cheaper one that might not work for me. This is a great investment if you want to get your money's worth.
