This fermentation kit made fermenting vegetables in my own kitchen so easy and hassle-free. The airlock helped keep out any harmful bacteria and the weights kept everything submerged perfectly. The kit is made of high-quality materials and is easy to clean. The only downside is that the glass jar is a bit heavy when full but it's worth it for the delicious homemade ferments!
