Good block, holds well, strong and elegant

I received the tablet stand quickly and I am very satisfied with its durability. I bought rose gold which is a very delicate metallic shimmering pink with a soft sheen and a very elegant look. I tried it on my HD10 Fire and it held the position whether I put the holder straight up and down, at an angle or on my back, and it holds the tablet both landscape and portrait Portrait safe Rotation has many positions to suit your needs It has a rubber/soft plastic base made of slightly sticky non-slip material that keeps it securely in place, as well as similar material on the bottom and behind the curved bracket to prevent the tablet from sliding on the tabletop or in the bracket. You'll have to pull hard to raise the base, but it won't damage what it is, so don't be afraid of glass, tile, granite, or any other material. I haven't tried it on a tree, but once it's done I don't see how it could do any harm. The only minor issue for Fire tablet owners is that since the connector is on the side of the power button, not in the middle section, you have to either shift or flip the Fire to slot the charger into the portrait position not accessible through the cut-out on the underside of stand parts. Shifting to charge from the bottom doesn't seem to compromise the stability of the fire. So there is no reason to dock a star. There are no problems in landscape format because the connector is on the side.
