It's almost like a Goldilocks story. I've tried many (car) mounts for my phone over the years, mainly windshield/suction cup mounts, and each one has always had problems. If the arm was long enough to get within reach, too wobbly, the suction cup wouldn't work due to the heat of the sun (I'm in South Florida). and about a year ago i came across a holder that fits in a never used cd slot in my car, i thought it was a great idea, especially if it doesn't damage the cd player. The first one I bought I've been using it for almost 6 months or so and haven't had any complaints other than it didn't really turn side to side so the angle was straight which made it a bit difficult to see and control without taking your eyes off . As time went on I noticed there were more and more blocks to mount CD slots in. Mixed reviews, I stopped at one when I saw it could swivel from side to side but was very disappointed with it , how cheaply it was made and how poorly it fit and held in the CD slot. I returned it and ordered Bestrix and while it may not be as strong and quality as the very first one I bought I have nothing to complain about with this device, it just does its job well. I've had this device for about 6 months and it's holding up great. I just bought a second block for my wife. Her car (originally I wanted to give her my old one) but at this price it's silly not to give her one that she can easily see and use. So yes, I now have two and I couldn't be happier.
