I am so glad I chose this tool and will not pay another brand. This tool does not come in a plastic box, which is fine with me. Some people complained that the tool didn't fit exactly and worried about getting the job done. If you look at the tool, the round part that attaches to the back of the cam has two notches. If you notice the notches are slightly different in size and shape. If you put the tool on the back of the cam and it doesn't fit, then you have rotated the round piece 180 degrees and need to be flipped. If the tool is activated correctly, you shouldn't have any problems. This is a really good tool at an affordable price.
