Failure in less than two months

Everything was working fine until this morning. Now this device will not respond to Alexa through Hubitat or directly through the Hubitat dashboard. After direct control of the backlight via button, the device reacted again and again did not react. I haven't tried resetting to factory settings yet, but I will. However, I shouldn't do that; All my other Z-Wave, Zigbee and "Works with Alexa" devices work fine.
